- DSDavid SlaterMar 24, 20265.0With the news reporting letters being lost or delayed today I thought I’d take my old passport to this post office, let them fill in the forms, take the picture and send my old passport off for renewal. (For a small fee) They were very busy and I asked if I should make an appointment but the lady said No we can do that now, which she did even with a long queue of customers. She was a lovely efficient person and pleasant with it and very informative. So thank you but I didn’t get your name to write it here. Many thanks from Dave

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
